Thank you for responding to my order placement. I also received confirmation from UPS. I wanted to buy a tankless water heater and started at Lowes and Home Depot. They did not have what I was looking for so I searched the Web and your Web site came up and looked like a serious provider of the products I need. I also contacted the US distributor in the new england area who refered me to the Cruse Company in Alabaster, Al. They are the Reps. for the area. I asked for the local distributors, of which I am familiar with and called the normal contacts I call to place orders with. Pexsupply is my supplier of choice for Pex products. The site is easy to use, the materials and products are easy to find, and the prices are competitive or better than other suppliers. The only suggestion I'd make is an expansion of the product line (more Pex fittings, and maybe fixtures, too), as well as expanded info on specific products (explanation of use, installation, etc.). Maybe an info page, or book section? Overall, a great resource.

I have an old furnace that needed a circulator pump. The standard Taco replacement pumps have a flange orientation that was 90 degrees out from what I needed. I didn't want to re-orient the flanges being the furnace was so old. Your company did what many others didn't seem like they wanted to or couldn't and that was make the call to the manufacturer to find out if they could get the part I needed. You were able to get me the part, it came in great condition and the price was reasonable.
